Shipping Policy


To keep the product cost as low as possible, we normally use standard shipping.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packing. Orders will be shipped out within 3 to 5 business days from the day of purchase.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. Because our products are stored in warehouses around the world, shipping may take up to 30 business days.

For better shipping timeliness, customers are able to update the Standard Shipping into Premium Shipping by paying for postage difference.

Important notes:

  • Please note that once an order is placed, we’ll not be able to cancel it.
  • A shipment tracking code will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
  • Please be reminded that you will be liable for any customs duty fee incurred if required in your country.
  • All standard shipping comes with tracking unless otherwise stated. In the event that this complimentary traceable form of postage is not available for your country, we will proceed with the order, using non-traceable postage.
  • Delays in customs clearance are not to be counted undelivery shipment time as these are not in our control.
  • Order processing & delivery times may vary during the holiday season.
  • Please expect slower processing times of around 5 to 7 days during Black Friday and the peak holiday season.
  • The standard day of the standard refers to the working day, does not include the date of receipt, and does not include weekends and holidays. The actual delivery time is subject to the destination zip code. In the case of remote areas or suburbs, flight delays, customs clearance, etc., the transit time will be expected longer.
  • Please note, Pink & Blue Baby Shop is not responsible for any delays caused by carrier.
  • Timely delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen item after the package has been confirmed as delivered.
  • We are not liable for any losses incurred if the customer has provided any incorrect details for their order. Pink & Blue Baby Shop also reserves the right to not issue a refund on orders never received due to the incorrect details being provided.  

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, at times there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order or increased delivery times. We are working very hard to get your order out to you as quickly as possible.
