Returns / Refunds Policies

Welcome to PINK & BLUE BABYSHOP!

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@pinkbluebabyshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns typically take 2-4 weeks to receive and process.

Once we receive your return, we will process the refund, replacement, or issue a gift certificate depending on your desired refund method.

Issued email / gift certificates may take 24-48 hours to arrive in your inbox.

Refunds are issued for returned items and do not include the cost of shipping. Return shipping & custom duty are at buyer's cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, intimate or sanitary goods.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return refunds can be issued back to a valid payment card within 6 months or PayPal account within 12 months of the transaction. All other refunds will be issued by check.

If we suspect a return to be fraudulent, abusive, or unduly repetitive, we reserve the right to refuse it and no returns will be granted.

How to start a return

  1. Submit your request at contact@pinkbluebabyshop.com with the subject line “REQUEST FOR RETURN” and your reason for return.
  2. Pink & Blue Baby Shop after-sales team will review your request within 48 hours. You will receive a notice regarding the status of your return.
  3. Ship your item to designated address and give us the documents related to the return following our return instructions.
  4. Once the package has been safely received and processed at our facility, returns will be processed within 72 hours upon receipt of your package.

NOTE: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
